  • 1 stalk celery chopped

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • one tablespoon flour

FOR THE CARAMELIZED CABBAGE

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ head medium sized cabbage shredded
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers chopped into rings
  • ¼ loving cup white wine
  • ane teaspoon sugar

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon for serving
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
